Shipping & ReturnsShipping You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party. Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose. All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after noon (12:00) SET are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. We deliver to most countries in the world. The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received within seven days of return request. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Lily Savitch a Boutique has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. There are no refunds and no exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, bags, and accessories. All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order or "IN STORE ONLY" order can only be exchanged for another item or for a web credit. NO CASH REFUNDS! Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. All merchandise that is purchased at www.lilysavitch.com must be returned by shipment to our website address and will not be accepted at the boutique store.
How to return an item: 1. Email us at shop@lilysavitch.com to receive a Return Authorization Request Number (RAR#). You will need to complete a short form describing your reason for return. Please be aware that the issuance of a RAR# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. 2. Please print out the email containing your RAR# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address. 3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Lily Savitch a Boutique within seven days of receipt of RAR# for domestic orders, and fourteen days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address: Lily Savitch a Boutique It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Lily Savitch a Boutique does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Lily Savitch a Boutique cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD). *Please note that RAR# must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RAR#. 4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package. 5. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement. |
